Happy Client Testimonies

I have been a happy client for the past 4 years.  My first experience with Serene Moments was very enlightening, serene and just plain wonderful.  This was my first massage experience and I totally enjoyed every moment.  Over these last few years, I have enjoyed full body massages, sweet feet foot soaks, hand treatments, the detoxification treatment, and Hot Stone Facials.  I love the pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, and the very kind, courteous and professional therapists around.  My last visit to Serene Moments was this May 2008, and enjoyed a full body massage and again my therapist exhibited the most pleasant and professional characteristics that anyone would enjoy experiencing.  In my opinion, when I go to Serene Moments I definitely get "serene" moments.

Hello Everyone, I am writing with a great testimony about the wonderful staff and excellent CEO of Serene Moments. It is wonderful that they host a spa party every month which is truly relaxing and an excellent way to unwind, network, or just spend some quality time with your sista girls.

But, I really want to tell you about the time Ms. Tina helped my daughter, you see, she suffers from  RND (Reflex Neurovascular Dystrophy) a condition that causes severe pain all over her body even to the touch, This day, my daughter was in so much pain she couldn't even get out of the car without me carrying her at  16 years old.  I decided to bring her to Serene Moments  instead of taking her to the ER (emergency room), like so many other times, and having  them say there is nothing they can do… except give her very strong pain medicine.  I explained her condition to Ms. Tina and asked if she could give her a massage to hopefully relax and desensitize her, she said," of course".   I watched in amazement as she rubbed and prayed for my daughter.

 At the end of her session my daughter was able to stand up straight, wipe her tears and say thank you.  This was something she will never forget and she said to me, " Mom… next time if the pain gets that bad can you just bring me here again, instead of the emergency room?"

So, Ms Tina and the rest of the staff at Serene Moments, keep doing what you do and always follow the gift God has put in your heart. Thanks So Very Much!

Serene Moments is a diamond.  On the corner of a busy street you get such quality service that you forget the hustle and bustle that you closed the doors on.  What an amazing experience I had at Serene Moments.  I had been meaning to treat myself to a Spa treatment for some time and repeatedly put it off.  My story echoes many others in that everything and everyone else is a priority.  Well in March I finally took the time for me and went to Serene Moments for a Detox.  I went as a walk-in because if I had made an appointment I know that I would have come up with some excuse to cancel.  When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted by the owner Tina.  She introduced me to John who would be servicing me.  The Detox was an enlightening experience.  Much more than expected was revealed to me about my body and seeing the different colors and substances that came from my feet was eye opening.  Through the entire process every detail was explained to me.  When the process was over I felt like a weight was lifted.  The feeling of peace and tranquility followed me home, only ending when my children began to make their many requests known.  The next service that I intend to experience is a Body Wrap.

I have visited Serene Moments on two occasions. The last time I had the pleasure of visiting was during the Mother's Day spa event. During each of my visits I received the sweet feet treatment and a chair massage.

I have visited more expensive spas in the past but the things that I most prefer and enjoy about Serene Moments are the location, prices, friendly service and the monthly spa events. I live within walking distance of the spa, the spa treatments are reasonably priced and the staff is very attentive and friendly.  If you get a chance to visit during a spa event you will find the buffet to be delicious.

On both of my visits I received a gift bag! I left feeling pampered and very satisfied with my spa experience at Serene Moments. If you call today to schedule a visit I am confident that you will thoroughly enjoy the experience, I know that I have. J

I would like to say I sent my girl and a few friends to Serene Moments after hearing about their reputation. My girl came back and showed me her appreciation for her Serene Moments Spa Day, over and over that night. So, I’ll be sending her there as often as I can .....plus I promised myself a day there too, so I can relax when I can pry myself from the office… thanks to her recommendation. Wink....Wink.
