A Deposit Required to Hold Appointment
Date & Time.
No refunds for Client Appointment Cancellations without 48
hour notice. If cancellation is made
within the 48 hour time requirement the
deposit will hold the re-scheduled date.
Only one re-scheduled appointment per
deposit.
Appointment
Lateness or NO SHOW
No
refunds will be given for appointment
"No Show's". Client
lateness will reduce the treatment time
as scheduled, minute for minute.
Please call immediately if running late,
lost or having transportation
troubles. Try to be at least 10
minutes ahead of scheduled time to allow
yourself time to fill out treatment
forms.
Cancellation Policy
A 48 hour notification is required when
canceling an appointment, or deposit
is not refunded, nor can be used to
reschedule. Only one reschedule per
deposit. Those
who do not comply, will have to pre-pay
100% for future visits.
Gift Certificate appointments-
If less than 48 hours is given, the
value of the certificate will be
automatically reduced by $20.00 or 20
minutes . You must return confirmation
calls to guarantee your appointment.
Party Cancellations- Because of
Administrative cost associated with
arranging your Party, No deposit refund is given
for Party cancellations.
Gift Certificates
or
Gift Cards
Serene Moments Gift Certificates make
the perfect gift because even the person
with everything can't have too many
Serene Moments. Certificates are
available for cash towards services,
services or spa packages. Gift
Cards are good for one year from the
purchase date.
Gift Cards: are non-refundable
and not transferable; Certificates are only valid for the
time specified on certificate. Please
schedule your appointment as soon as
possible due to potential delays in
availability.
Spa Party Host
Gifts
As the Host you will be responsible to
collect the fee before or upon guest arrival. A
minimum of 12-15 guests must attend, as
contracted. All fees must be paid in
full before the Host Gift Certificate will be
honored. Guest are required to have 2
Spa Treatments as a Combo Package.
Additional services may be offered at a
discounted rate.
No Children Policy
Unless they are receiving service, we
ask that you honor our "no children
policy, under 9 years of age" This
will ensure a relaxed and tranquil
atmosphere.
Right to Refuse Service
Should any client show signs of having
contraindications for massage,
intoxication, or exhibits inappropriate
behavior, the Therapist or Consultant
reserves the right to Refuse Service and
Terminate the Session, without
refund to client.
In Home Treatments
Client is responsible for providing a
clear space so that we can set up for
requested SPA Treatments. Client
is required to be freshly groomed and in
appropriate attire. Sheet draping will
provide adequate coverage for client.
Therapist will only expose the body part
receiving treatment. The Client is also
required to pay the balance on services
requested upon therapist arrival at treatment
location, or pre-pay balance with
credit/debit card, before arrival.
Tips Are Welcomed
Gratuities/ Tips are not included in our
service fees. Please feel free to Thank
the Therapist for a Job well done.
Prices and Services
Prices and services are subject to
change without notice.
Payments for service
Payments can be made via cash, credit or debit card.
No personal check's are accepted.
There is a $3.00 surcharge to run your
debit or credit card. To avoid
surcharge you can pay with cash.

Complaints about
services rendered will be addressed
immediately. Please feel free to
